The Sister Letters

I have a fun tutorial coming up in a few hours but in the meantime would you help me with something?  I have always thought it would be fun to find a brand new blog that has a few great posts and put a big spotlight on them.  A little undiscovered gem that has never had a comment, let alone a link.  And I finally found one!  I thought I never would. It is called The Sister Letters.  Two sisters who are writing back and forth to each other, sharing ideas.  Such a great idea.

Remember what it felt like when you had your first comment outside of your immediate family?  Or when someone linked to that tutorial you worked so hard on?  It is like a little pat on the back saying “you’ve done good”.  It’s the best.  If you don’t have a blog you will just have to take my word for it, but trust me it totally makes your day.

So here is my idea.  How about we all go over and say hi, and give them a compliment or two, they have a few really great posts just this week.  Then when they jump on they will have this great surprise waiting for them!  Fun right?  It will be like a big ‘welcome to the party’ kind of thing….oh this is going to be so fun!  I already left a couple comments, I was the first one to ever leave a comment besides them as far as I can tell, perfect!

Then come back here in a few hours, I am just finishing up one of my favorite projects ever.  Get your sewing machine warming up!
