Are you Ready?

I’m not.  Not even close.  For Christmas anyway.

I will be spending the day sewing the Santa sack’s I made last week, a few more purses, and hopefully a couple of things from this list.  No doubt I will finish it all today, Mmm Hmmm.  But don’t worry I do have some news to share.

For those of you in Utah, Gracie Lou’s Quilt Shoppe has moved to a bigger location (right next door)!  Twice the space equals twice the goodness!!  I haven’t even been over yet but from what I hear it looks simply luscious…new hardwood floors…new fabric….new notions…a kids corner, Ooooooooo the possibilities!  I will be spending some of my day there too.  Okay probably most of it.  Any-who they also have a fun little club starting up in January.  Head over to the blog for more on the details.  I will be doing it of course, I am always looking for a way to sew without a 1 year old wrapped around my ankles!  They have a giveaway on the blog too! One last thing before I let you go.  Remember the cutest handmade gift card holders?  Well they were no sew.  They have been a hit!  So I decided I wanted to do another pattern, one you could sew.  Stay tuned next week and I should have them ready just in time for your last minute sewing projects.
