Crafty Kids Corner Green Wednsday~ ‘Bowling Pins’

by Aubrey on March 3, 2010

Okay ladies…bring me your best stuff!!  Last month we had five…wouldn’t it be great to get ten this time?  Please tell your friends to come link up, our box is overflowing and I am in need of some inspiration!

Destri used her empty coffee creamer bottles to make bowling pins.  Add some beans or rice to the bottom, glue the top and your set!

So what have you been doing with your trash?  Do share…

The Rules:

  • Link to a craft that you have made with re-purposed items, new or old
  • Make sure to link to the post, not your home page
  • Leave a link back to this post letting people know about the fun going on…we want this to grow!!

Cereal boxes are the ‘thing’ in our house. We just seem to get through soooo many. I took to taking them last year and cutting down the folded lines to make painting ‘paper’. Not the most orginal idea, however, it wont disintergrate if huge amounts of paint are applied, are a great size to be framed (or sent in the mail as many in our case with family LONG ways away), the long thin sides make great book marks for those in your family who like to read, and are never ending…

Beats throwing them any-hoo!
