That chili picture is just gorgeous – it looks so rich and rewarding and flavorful. I am such a food addict! haha Thanks for feeding my addiction, if only via pictures (and really, that’s probably better than via the actual food sometimes, if only for the sake of my waistband!). Heaven! The only time I got to have Navajo tacos was during our tiny town’s fair. At which time I would eat them every. single. day.

My family loves navajo tacos! I have to admit I cheat when I make them. I buy Rhodes rolls let them raise, pat them flat and then I fry them. I also use canned Chili. I always make this at family reunions. It is a good way to feed a lot of people without draining your bank account.

Oh my…I have never heard of navajo tacos! Those look incredible. And I don’t have issues with deep fried ANYTHING…my thighs have issues, but me personall? no.

I know what you mean. Out here when ever I say scone, people think I am talking about the biscuit/cookie type that are more like a danish.

I love Navajo tacos!!! I remember the first time I moved out of UT and how I dearly missed scones, well how we know them anyway.
When we moved back that was one of the first things I wanted my hubbs to try, he loves them!! Thanks for the recipe!
