Have I mentioned that Thanksgiving is one of my most favorite Holidays? I just love it. Food, family, food, food…you get the idea. I have spent Thanksgiving in many houses, with about every version of turkey one can imagine. I have to say my brother in Phoenix takes top prize with his barbecued turkey – moist, flavorful, and so so good. As for turkey breast, I am still dreaming of the Turkey Roulade I made for our Thanksgiving event last year stuffed with a Sausage and Sage Stuffing. Oh my.
And the best way to eat pie? On a stick of course! Really much easier than you would think, even my kids helped. You can make them with any filling you like. Then you don’t have to feel guilty for having four different pieces of pie :) Check out the recipe for Pie On A Stick for all the details.
When it comes to rolls, every time I make these Easy Pull Apart Dinner Rolls they are gobbled up before they can even cool off. They literally melt in your mouth. There is even some whole wheat involved. You know what that means – you can eat at least three!
