Teriyaki Chicken Wraps Recipe (or Turkey!)

Terriyaki chicken wraps

One of my favorite parts of visiting Aubrey’s house is picking up some of her recipes. She is always cooking something healthy that I have never had before.  She made Teriyaki Chicken Wraps one night that were delicious, and even better left over for lunch the next day. I am thinking they would be a perfect way to use up some of that left over turkey that will be taking over our refrigerators come Thursday night.  I don’t know about you, but come Friday, I welcome a light meal ;).

She said you could use any cheese, but I think she is right, the Swiss cheese really sets it off.

Teriyaki Chicken or Turkey Wraps

3 c. chicken broth

1 1/2 c. uncooked rice

1/4 c. soy sauce

1/4 c. pineapple juice

1 1/2 c. cooked shredded chicken

Pineapple tidbits (as much as you’d like)

Swiss cheese

Spinach wraps

Cook rice in chicken broth.  Then add soy sauce, pineapple juice, chicken, pineapple tidbits and mix well.  Put on spinach wrap with Swiss cheese and wrap it up.  Enjoy!  :-)

Now it’s your turn, link up a recipe you love for using up left over turkey.
