Although, I have to admit - I NEVER boil noodles. I just buy the oven ready noodles. Like the idea of the bread sticks - too much. Frank would gorge out on them alone and he can cos he exercises with riding to work on his bike.... me however, not so much. so we have left over moussaka tonight with salad - just regular with homemade vinegrette and right now I need to go and check out the heard of rather LARGE elephants trampling above my head..... hummmmmmm............................................. ah-ha… for once I beat you too it!!! well sort of, and not that this is a competition, just that I made moussaka last night, with chicken instead of lamb (can’t do lamb – too many images of fresh, white, fluffy woolly little loves bouncing around the fields!)

I like to add grated zucchini in my lasagna sauce - veggies in disguise for the kiddos.
