And we’re back :). I am settled in for my five week siesta in Utah, Maria is en-route to Utah for 3 weeks, Aubrey is leaving for 3 months in DC, and Kate is packing to move into her new house (yay for Kate!). Craziness! I haven’t had a chance to speak with Suzanne, but I am sure we could come up with something for her too!
Here is the weekly Pinterest as promised, and it’s a yummy one! I don’t know that you can ever go wrong with mac ‘n cheese, and these recipes take it up a notch. Also, I had a few people ask for invites last week, let me know if you would like one, I will gladly send it. You can find my pins here.

I pinned the mac and cheese bites back when I was looking for Super Bowl fair, and they were very good. Pretty easy to make if I remember correctly too! :)
Thanks Amanda, do you think they would work for picnics? Or do they need to be hot?
They were just as good cool! I think when I finally got to eat mine, it was cool enough to grab with my hands. Though, it was a bit greasy if I remember correctly. I think they’d be perfect a picnic. :)
I would love an invite to join in the fun on Pinterest. Thank you so muh! AJ

I finally sent it!
snow Eh? yep that was us last week but today the boys are bouncing outside and not in the house (thank god!!) even the birds are singing. when I hear them twitter away it reminds me of my granny (who I named our new house after!!) and that I love spring. The colours the gentle warmth of the sunshine, the great photos you get with the natural light. As for pasta cheese as it is known in our house – well it always is made from scratch cheese sauce and all. For adults it can often come with crispy proscuitto, for the boys straight up with a dollup of Tommy-K!! Always made with the strongest cheddar to make it tangy…. and I’m sorry America no-one quite does a good strong cheddar like the UK (actually Canada has a pretty strong one too) even Wisconsins best doesn’t come close for this house…..
Now back to packing boxes – this is the last move – i swear. All boxes are being recycled after this move.
I can’t wait to come see it! And I am with you, the sharper the better! I have started to buy a sharp white cheddar that is pretty good. My mom laughed that my kids love sharp cheese :)
Happy packing…and don’t ever say it is the last time!!!
I am a Pinterest fanatic but hadn’t come across a few of those recipes yet. They look fabulous, especially, the one with the gruyere cheese. Yummy! Thanks for sharing.
If you try it let me know, that one looked especially good to me too!
Hey pinterest looks like a great thing!! I’d love and invite as well. Thanks

I am not a big mac & cheese fan, but those do look yummy. I am so happy to hear you love Pinterest! I think it is the most fabulous thing ever! I have been using it for a while as an invite from Tiffany at Simply Modern Mom. I have actually upped my crafting and new cooking quota because now I can actually find great ideas more than once when I actually have time to do them. :)
I know, I am such a visual person, and bookmarking just didn’t work for me. But when you have the image to look at, you remember why you liked it in the first place!
Thanks for the invite – You Rock!!
